Before I start any housework, we're going to have a fashion show as Elise chooses her honeymoon wardrobe. If she's like her mom, she'll end up taking everything anyway.
I have to be properly dressed to meet the guests coming by boat. This should do nicely. 
Mama said I couldn't wear this, that it's my Easter dress. But I told Mama I'm all grown up, now, and I want to wear it on my honeymoon. 
I wore this when we went to pick out our silver and china, and Todd said I looked like a little shopping diva. So you KNOW I'm taking it. 
Oh, my, who knew trying on clothes could be so tiring. I just must take a little nap before I model the other things. See the amazing comforter Auntie E in Massachusetts made for us? And Auntie Jeanb, thanks again for all these clothes. Mama had to help me with these tiny buttons and buttonholes, but the jammies are just SO comfy. |
