As you may have guessed,my name is Anne,well
actually Anne is my middle name but (that's) what my friends call me. I live in Massachusetts where
the seasons can be either beautiful or brutal
but, I can't imagine having a Christmas without
snow! My husband can though,he can't wait to
retire in the south and not have any more of that white stuff to shovel.
It is with great sadness I write this. My beloved husband unexpectedly, passed away Dec. 31 2000. I miss him beyond belief.
This Is For You My Love
It is with more great sadness that I add another candle here for my beloved son, who passed away May 21 2003.
My heart is broken.
It is with even more great sadness that we, Anne's children add another candle here for our beloved mother, who passed away September 3, 2009.
Our hearts are broken, but we know she is at peace, and we all have another angel in heaven.

Update to Annes Place:
February 2008 Anne has been hospitalized again and is no longer able to keep up with her site or the cost of maintaining it. My name is Lee, well that is the middle name my mom, Anne gave me. I am keeping her site on the web and place this donation option for those of you who have faithfully used her images and those of you who are just discovering the wonderful graphics she has created to make a donation to keep her site on the web. We have long told mom that if each person who uses her graphics sent her a penny she would be able to keep her site. She has never wanted to ask for anything and has spent thousands of hours volunteering to help others learn to make their own graphics. Mom is soon to be 71, taught herself html and made her site entirely in html code. Even though there are easier tools to work with she remains true to html and has years of hard work devoted to this website. We hope you enjoy her gifs (graphics) and if you are moved by her gifts to you the user of her site, please send her a note and or a donation to: Annes Place, 1916 Wilbraham Rd., Springfield, MA 01129. May 2008 Anne is now in Parkview Rehab Hospital in Springfield, MA she has been there since Good Friday. She is on a Ventilator with a trach. She is strong and getting stronger daily but she has a long fight ahead of her. Long term smoking that caused her COPD is something she would like to warn others about. PLEASE if you don't smoke, don't start and if you do smoke QUIT, it can make a tremendous difference in the quality of your life and extend your life. Mom has her angels from her website posted in her room along with several angel statues. She is grateful for the cards and well wishes that have been sent and surprised by the generosity of those who have used her website graphics and sent her a donation. She sends her heartfelt thanks and appreciation to you all. And her family thanks you as well. She has few joys in life now but memories of friends she made with her website and new friends that continue to touch and be touched by her add value and joy to her days. She wishes Gods blessings to all who visit here and all who have contacted her.
September 2009 After a very long and couragous battle Mom has passed. We celebrate her life, the lessons she taught us and are grateful for her love. We hope and pray that she is reunited with her husband and son as well as all those who went before her. We are working on keeping her site in her honor.
The cards and support from those who have visited and use her website gifs have been special for her and her family. Please continue to use her site, especially her angels ():o

Some of the images of this site were obtained from public domain & then, manipulated to make them usable, some are from CD Programs, Some were scanned & cleaned up & others were made entirely by me. If you find any that I thought to be public domain & you are the artist, email me & I will remove them or give credit where credit is due.
