Grow Old With You



There's something I need to tell you, That I haven't said before. I'm not quite sure how to say this, So excuse me if I just plunge forward.



I want you to know how grateful I am, For your patience which never ends, For when I've said things that hurt, And for the times I was blind to the faults of those about me.



I want to say how much I respect you, For the sacrifices you've made. For going to work everyday, Even when you could barely stand. For inspiring me to follow my dreams, Though it meant you had to leave yours behind.



I want you to kow how much you've humbled me. When I have been arrogant and thought I knew it all. Through your innocent search for your relationship with God, You have reminded me of what a relationship with God should be.



I want to tell you how lucky I feel, To have found someone like you. Who loved me beyond measure, And who accepts me for who I am. To have found someone who is not ashamed to show me everyday, exactly what I mean to him.



So when you're feeling guilty over a little pampering........Don't!! I could live a thousand lifetimes, and never be able to tell you how much I appreciate the countless things you do for me. Or how much you mean to my soul, You have Blessed my life, All others pale in comparison to you!
