EASY
CHEESECAKE
CRUST
3/4 cup graham
cracker
crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
(melted)
FILLING
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 8-oz. packages of cream
cheese
TOPPING
2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Optional fruit topping
1. In a bowl combine crust
ingredients.
Spread across the bottom of a 9"
springform pan.
2. Put eggs. sugar, vanilla, and
cream
cheese in a blender and blend
until
smooth. Pour gently over the
crust.
3. Bake in a 375-degree oven for
30 to
35 minutes. You will know when it
is
done by the circular cracks that
form.
4.In a mixing bowl, combine the
topping
ingredients. Spread over the top
of the
hot cheesecake and return to the
oven
for 5 minutes. Cool for about one
hour.
5. Now you can add the fruit
topping of
your choice. (cherry or blueberry
pie
filling, orange marmalade, or any
other
thing you could
imagine.
