FETTUCCINE


Ingredients
3/4 cup butter
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup parsley
1 pound fettuccine
1 teaspoon black pepper


Begin boiling water for pasta. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat; stir in cheese, garlic, cream and milk. Stir over low heat until sauce forms, do not allow to boil. Add parsley. Cook and drain fettucccine and add to sauce, tossing until well coated. Sprinkle with black pepper.
