CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
CRUST
1 Pkg German
Chocolate
cake mix
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
FILLING
2 8-oz.pkgs of cream
cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
TOPPING
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large mixing bowl, blend
cake
mix, coconut, butter, and 1 egg on
low
speed until mixture is crumbly.
Press
very lightly into a ungreased
baking
pan (13x8x2).
3. Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs,
sugar and
vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
Spread
over cake mixture. Bake 20-25
miutes
4.Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar
and 1
tablespoon vanilla until smooth.
Spread
over cooled cheesecake.
Refrigerate at
least 8 hours before serving. Let
stand
at room temperature about 1/2 hour
before cutting.
