Mexican Roll-Ups


INGREDIENTS
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
6 green onions, finely chopped
4 1/2 oz can Black olives, finely chopped
1/2 cup sweet red pepper. finely chopped
1- 8.5 oz package flour tortillas
1 jar salsa for dipping

Using an electric mixer, thoroughly combine cream cheese, and mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl. Add chopped olives, onions, and red peppers. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on each tortilla and roll up like a jelly roll. Place tortilla in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Just before serving, slice the tortilla in 1-inch portions and place on serving tray with the salsa in a bowl for dipping.
