We'll drink from a silver chalice
We'll dine on the finest food
We'll praise Jesus with every breath
We'll reap in all that's good
One day we'll be together
All the children of God
We'll stand before our Father
As He blesses us with His words
Peace and happiness will abound
His love will meet us at the gate
There's nowhere in our imagination
That can fathom what joy awaits
We all have our hopes in the future
Today is just but a mist
Tomorrow brings us one day closer
To our date with heavenly bliss
Thank you Jesus for opening heaven
To this unworthy child once so blind
For giving forgiveness and assurance
That eternity with you is mine
