Jesus lights our way
through the storms.
I know that when I weep
Jesus will catch my tears
I know that when I'm scared
He will calm my fears
I know that when there's trouble
Jesus will pave the way
I know that when others hurt me
He'll help me to know what to say
I know that when life gets too heavy
My burden He'll lift from me
I know that when the waters churn
He'll calm the raging sea
He's my comforter and my strength
When all is wrong in life
He walks me through the pitfalls
He guides me with His light
His word is filled with wisdom
There's power in His name
When we turn it all over to Him
Life will never be the same
