"PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE"
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 cup cooked pumpkin
1 yellow cake mix
2 sticks of melted margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
12 oz. can condensed milk
(non-sweet)
1/2 cup pecans
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon,
nutmeg, cloves, pumpking, and
milk. Pour into 13/9 pan. Sprinkle
cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix.
Sprinkle pecans over cake mix.
Pour melted margarine evenly
over the cake mix. Bake at
350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve with cool whip on top.
