"Persimmon Pudding"

Watkins delicious recipe.
2 cups Persimmon Pulp
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoon softened margarine
3 eggs
2 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnimon (2 tsp. is better)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Combine all dry ingredients set aside.
Combine all other ingredients, then mix
with the dry ingredients small portions
at a time for best results.
Pour into 9x 13 pan
Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees
