NOTE
This is the son of David Bertrand and Sophia Chaloup. I am a decendent from his brother Desire Bertrand and Julie Chaloup, the Chaloups were sisters.

Here again I see a connection between the Bertrands and the Russell familys.
Desire’s son Jean Babtiste married Marguerite Roussel in 1869, and here you see that Alexander adopted Anable Russell.
My father Clarence Bertrand / Barton married Peter Russell’s ggranddaughter, Freida Russell, daughter of Enos Russell. At this 01/27/06 time I am trying to connect these Roussel / Russell’s to Peter Russell who roots I can’t find in Quebec.
