+++ Circus Time +++

I was just a baby, or nearly,
When my Mom and Dad
Took me to the big circus.
What sights--what exciting days!

'Course, I don't recall it all.
But I remember I liked it!
There were those clowns--
Some funny, and some sad.

I was too young, they said,
To ride those scary rides.
But, I watched and wished--
Wished that I were older.

Oh! if I could trade
All the many circus rides
I have taken over my years
Just to be that young again!

To do it one more time--
Just one more day--
Have my very own
Circus Time!!

°°° The Colorless World °°°

Has our existence become void
Of the colors of life?
What once was bright and happy
Is now black and blue.

How do we restore what was--
What colors we need
To live in harmony, peace
With one another?

I want to see the colors!
I want to close my eyes
And feel the warmth
The colors bring!

### And The Wind Blows ###

As the sky darkens,
The trees no longer quiet,
Watching their lovely leaves
Tumbling to and fro.

Souls scurrying here and there,
Changing plans so neatly made.
The wind is strong and now
Seems to want to whistle.

It huffs and puffs with might;
And midnight black the sky--
Leaving not a trace of blue.
Souls must wait out its wrath.

What else can they do?
And the wind blows~~~~~~~
