It was a cold snowy day in february, not much was going on in my life, i had just broken up with my girlfriend, it was the middle of the week and i didn't get paid for 2 more days, so i laid down on the couch and turned the tube on to see if anything good was on tv, i flicked the channels and the only thing that was worth watching was some love story, so i laid back and began to watch the movie, i fell asleep just about at the part where the guy gets his girl, when i woke up it was 3 am and there was a special on tv about sonny and cher so i thought i would watch it since i always liked chers songs, and they started talking about a concert she was going to have in loiusville ky, i lived in dayton only about 3 hours away and thought hey that would be great to go to see her live in concert!! and they were affering tickets to the first 50 callers at half price!! i jumped to the phone and dialed the number, i was one of the 1st 50 callers and got my tickets for the next weekend and was going to see the concert!! the week seemed to drag on, but finally saturday came and i was off and on my way to louisville!! when i arrived i checked into a hotel and got cleaned up, then off i went to see the show, on my way i seen a car on the side of the road and upon getting closer i noticed there was a really beautiful woman standing next to a car with a flat tire and i had a little extra time so i stopped to see if i could help, she was a beautiful woman about 5'4" brown hair blue eyes and the cutest dimples i ever seen! she explained that she was on her way to work at a catering place for the cher concert that night, i told her i was going to the concert to cher and that i had always wanted to see one of her concerts and that i would change her tire so she wouldn't be late, while changing the tire we had small talk and she told me her name was suzy and i told her my name was chuck all the while i kept glancing at her beautiful eyes and sexy dimples, then i was done with the tire, and she thanked me and told me she might be able to make it without being late now and thanked me with a kiss on the cheek and my heart beat fast and my knees went weak, i could hardly contain myself and my composure when she smiled and said maybe i'll see you at the concert, and got in her car and drove off. all the way to the concert i thought about her and how she had gotten to me so quickly! then i arrived at the concert and made my way to the seat where i had a ticket, it was real close to the stage and kinda to the side, and settled in for a night i had been waiting for to see a cher concert, throughout the concert i had thought about suzy and wondered where she might be working at in the concert, then i noticed her walking backstage to give some of the performers some food they had ordered and the way the lights reflected off her silky skin made her look like an angel, and i knew i just had to meet her again somehow! so i made my way through the crowd and to the entrance to the backstage where i had seen her go in and waited for her to come back out, but as i waited i noticed she had gone back out the other side of the stage and i thought damn just my luck!! i went back out towards the front of the stage and watched the show some more but couldn't get her of my mind, then the show was coming to an end and i started out towards the isles to the exit ways, and as i glanced over to one of the private booths for vips...there she was!!!! cleaning up and collecting empty champaign bottles to throw away, i pushed past some people and made my way to where i seen her, and as she was coming out i accidently on purpose tripped into her, and said oh i'm sorry miss...oh! its you suzy, remember i helped change your tire earlier? then we began talking about this and that and she said she had to go to finish up work but asked me if i would be interested in going out for a cup of coffee after she was off, well it didn't take me a second to stammer out yes! i would love to. so she told me of a place that had great coffee and told me she would meet me there. i got there about a half hour before her but it seemed like and eternity when i seen her come through the door and we both looked at each other and smiled and started to walk over to me, i heard a phone ringing and jumped up and fell off the couch and on to the floor, blurriy eyed and confused i looked around...i was at home, i had been sleeping it had all been just a dream!!!!!! damn my luck!! but it seemed so reall!! then i heard the phone ringing as i gathered my senses, and just as i went to answer it it stopped ringing.so i sat back up on the couch and looked at the tv, could it be?... there was a special about sonny and cher on!!! i though, nah this can't be. but remembering the dream i watched the show and hoped i would see what i thought i would...YES!!! cher was going to have a concert in loiusville!!! well needless to say i jumped to the phone and dialed the number i had called in my dream, even though they hadn't yet scrolled a phone number on the tv screen yet for ticket info, and sure enough it was an answering service for tickets to the cher concert!!!!all went just as it had in my dream!! this was weird, but this time iwas awake and wasn't going to be interrupted by a phone call!!! and when she walked into the restaurant and we both smiled at each other, she wolked over to me and both of us looked at each other and at the same time said..."i dreamed you into life!!" then we both laughed and related our dreams it seems we both had the same dream about each other! we knew this was something that must have been meant to be, for we dreamed each other into life, and knew we loved each other before we met!!! the end
