Ingredients
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
4 teaspoons gluten, wheat
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup water warmed
Put all ingredients in machine as instructed by the manufacturer.
Note: let the bread machine go to the final rise, then I take it out, shape it and put in a regular loaf pan, let it rise about an hour then bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
