Ingredients
1 1/2 C yellow cornmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C plain LF yogurt
1 T olive oil or canola oil
2 egg whites
Spray 9' round cake pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
cool slightly, Cut into 8 wedges.
