Ingredients
2 Cups All-purpose Flour
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Splenda
1/4 C -RC Margarine, softened
3 Lge Bananas, mashed
1/2 C Egg Substitute
1/3 C FF Yogurt
1/2 C Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Combine flour, soda & salt with whisk; set aside.
Beat sugar & margarine on med 1 min; add banana, egg & yogurt. Add flour mixture, beat on low just until moistened.
Place chocolate chips in microwave and melt on high 1 min or until almost melted. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Add 1 c. batter to chocolate, stirring until completely mixed.
Spoon chocolate batter alternately with plain batter into loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Swirl with knife.
Bake 350 for 1 hour 15 mins. Cool 10 mins then remove from pan. Cool completely then slice.
