Sour Cream and Onion Bread

    Ingredients

      Using whole-wheat flour kicks up the fiber and vitamin-B content. For a yogurt-dill bread, substitute yogurt for the sour cream and 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill for the onion soup. 1/2 C water, warm, about 110°F
      1/2 C FF sour cream
      1 C bread flour
      1 C Whole Wheat Flour,
      2 T sugar
      2 T onion soup mix, about 1 oz
      1 T instant fat-free dry milk
      1/4 oz yeast, about 2 tsp, active dry


    Place ingredients in bread machine in order listed. Select Basic Bread Cycle. Press Start.
