Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

    1 (12) inch crust, 1 sixth=2 Units


    Ingredients

      3/4 C flour
      1 pkg rapid rise yeast
      1/4 tsp salt
      1/2 C very hot water
      2 tsp honey
      1/2 C whole wheat flour


    Combine flour, yeast, and salt, add hot water and honey, stirring until smooth.

    Mix in enough whole wheat flour to make a soft dough.

    Knead dough on floured surface until smooth and elastic, 3-5 minutes.

    Cover dough with bowl, and let stand 15 minutes.

    Roll out to 12 inch circle and make pizza !
