      1 1/2 to 2 lb loaf
      1/8 C water
      3 C white bread flour
      1 1/2 T dry milk
      2 T sugar
      2 T salt
      2 T butter
      2 tsp fast rise yeast
      (or 3 tsp active dry yeast)
