Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

    Servings: 3- 1 pan / Units per serving=4

    Ingredients

      3 C whole wheat flour
      1 heaping T wheat gluten
      1 T dry instant yeast
      3/4 tsp salt
      1 1/4 C hot water
      1 T olive oil


    Run dough through the manual cycle of the bread machine. Divide dough evenly into 2 balls, Roll into 2 large rectangular pans or stones sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 450 about 8 minutes then add toppings.

    Each pan makes 3 servings at 4 Units each. (verified in recipe builder) Add points for the toppings.

    Note: Divide dough into 6 equal portions, roll each one for individual pizzas.

    Prebake shells for about 8 minutes @ 450, cool, wrap and freeze.
