3/4 C zucchini, unpeeled, grated
2 C bread flour
1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp lemon zest, finely grated
1/2 tsp table salt
1 T instant fat-free dry milk
1/4 oz yeast, about 2 tsp, active, dry
