Butter Non-Stick Cooking Spray
2 C- RF baking mix
1/2 C splenda, divided
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 C- FF sour cream
1/4 C egg substitute
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 425°... Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.. In bowl, stir baking mix, 1/4 cup sugar, and nutmeg.. Add sour cream and egg; stir until dough forms.
On floured surface, knead dough 10 times..With floured rolling pin, roll dough 1/2 inch thick…Using floured doughnut cutter, cut dough into rings. Re-roll scraps until all dough is used..Place doughnuts on baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
In cup, mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Spray doughnuts with cooking spray, about 1 second each side; coat with cinnamon-sugar.
