Cake Donuts

    Ingredients

      2 C all-purpose flour
      18 packet sugar sub
      2 tsp baking powder
      1 tsp salt
      1 T butter
      1/2 C ff egg sub
      3/4 ff skim milk
      1 tsp vanilla extract
      1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
      1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
      1 C powdered sugar
      2 T hot water


    Preheat oven to 325. Mix together flour, sugar, and baking powder, salt. Add melted butter, beaten eggs, milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Beat well. Lightly spray miniature donut pans with Pam. Fill pans 2/3 full.

    Bake 10-13 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Cool. Mix sugar & hot water. Dip donuts into glaze. Place on wire racks.
