Cinnamon Cake Doughnuts (mini)

    Ingredients

      2 C flour
      3/4 C of splenda
      2 tsp of baking powder
      1/4 tsp of nutmeg
      1/4 tsp of cinnamon
      1 tsp of NOSalt
      3/4 C F F Milk
      1/2 C eggbeaters
      1 tsp vanilla extract
      1 T Butter Spray


        Glaze:

        1/2 cup of Splenda
        2 T of Cinnamon
        Water(enough to make it syrup)

    Mix the flour, splenda, baking powder, nutmeg,cinnamon, and nosalt. Stir in Milk, eggbeaters,vanilla extract and Parkay..

    Preheat oven to 325. spray mini muffin pan litely with cooking spray. Fill each mold 2/3 with batter Bake for 8-10 minutes.. remove from pan when cool.

    Mix the remaining splenda, cinnamon and water to make the glaze.. dip or roll each doughnut in the glaze.. ENJOY for 1 point..
