Ingredients
1 C- RF Bisquick Baking Mix
1/4 C + 2 T Splenda
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg or egg substitute
1/2 C 1% milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray mini muffin pans with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine baking mix, ¼ C splenda, ¼ tsp cinnamon, egg, and milk. Drop by spoonfuls into prepared muffin pans to form 12 balls.
Bake for 14 to 15 minutes.
Place muffin pans on a wire rack and cool for 10 minutes. Remove balls from pans.
In a zip lock plastic bag, combine remaining 2 tablespoons Sugar Twin and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Place donuts in bag, 2 or 3 at a time, and shake to coat.
