Ingredients
2 oz LF cream cheese, softened
2 T FF sour cream
14 large strawberries
2 T brown sugar, firmly packed
Beat cream cheese and sour cream. Cut an X through each strawberry, starting at the pointy end and cutting nearly to the stem end, be careful that berries remain in one piece. Carefully stuff the berries with the cheese mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar.
