Ingredients
3 1/4 C all-purpose flour
1/2 C Splenda
1 C nonfat dry milk
1/2 C cornstarch
1 T baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together. Cover tightly to store. (will keep in freezer) Stir before using.
Substitute in recipes calling for all purpose baking mix, such as Bisquick etc.
