Ingredients
1 C light brown sugar, packed
1/2 C flour
1/2 C Egg Beaters
2/3 C light butter
4 oz Chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix with wooden spoon.
Pour into (Pam-sprayed) mini-muffin pans, fill each cup 2/3 full.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
