Ingredients
2 1/3 C flour
1 1/4 C Splenda
1/3 C unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cin
1/2 tsp table salt
1 C light sour cream
1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
1/2 C egg substitute
1/4 C-1% milk
1 C chocolate chips
1 C shredded zucchini
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, In small bowl combine sour cream, applesauce, egg, and milk.
Mix with dry ingredients just until moistened, Add chocolate chips and zucchini.
Pour 1/4 cup mixture into prepared muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
