Ice Cream Muffins

    Ingredients

      1 1/2 C white self-rising flour
      2 C- FF vanilla ice cream


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line muffin tin with paper liners.

    Allow ice cream to melt at room temperature (30 minutes). DO NOT STIR.

    Mix ice cream and flour together until flour is moistened. Fill greased or paper-line muffin cups 3/4 full. sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking.(optional)

    Bake for 20 - 25 degrees or until golden. Approximately 22 minutes.
