Ingredients
1 C pumpkin
2 lge eggs
2/3 C- NF dry milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tsp Splenda
1/3 C carrots
6 T flour
4 T raisins
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Combine dry ingredients… In separate bowl mix beaten eggs & vanilla, add pumpkin, mix well.
Add dry ingredients, grated carrots and raisins..
Spray muffin pan and divide evenly into 12 muffin cups…
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes..
