Ingredients
3 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple DO NOT DRAIN
Zest of 1 orange (optional)
Mix all ingredients together, divide into wells of (24) Pam sprayed muffin tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
I made 12 muffins and a small loaf of bread..
