Ingredients
3 C all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 T light butter
2 T sugar
1 C water
2 T dry powdered milk
1/4 tsp table salt
Process in bread machine on dough cycle. When finished remove dough a punch down. Shape into balls and put into two greased 8" round pan.
Cover and place in a warm place to rise.
Let rise for about 45 minutes or until doubled.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and brush tops with 2 T melted butter.
