Ingredients
1-pkg. yeast and 1-tsp. sugar dissolved in 2 T of warm water (110 degrees).
1 C hot water
4 T butter
1-1/2-tsp salt
1/3 C sugar
Add to hot water, cool to luke warm.
Add 1-beaten egg, 4 C flour
Knead. put into a greased bowl in warm place, let rise until doubled. Work down, let rise again.
Make into rolls and let rise again. bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
**Increase sugar for cinnamon rolls.
