Ingredients
3/4 C dry buckwheat pancake mix, add-water-only
1/3 C water
1 medium apple, peeled, cored and grated
1 tsp cinnamon
3 T LF pancake syrup
1 C sweetened applesauce, cinnamon flavored
Combine pancake mix, water, apple and cinnamon..
Coat skillet with cooking spray.. over medium-low heat Ladle batter
2 to 3 tablespoons per cake, Cook until nicely browned on both sides..
Top with syrup and applesauce serve.
Yields 4 two-pancake servings.
