Ingredients
2 1/2 C flour
1 tsp salt
2 T baking powder
2 1/2 tsp sugar
2 eggs
2 C milk
1 T butter, melted
1 C frozen blueberries
In a large bowl, sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. In a small bowl, beat egg and milk. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. Stir in butter and fold in blueberries..
Cook pancakes using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
