Ingredients
1 (7.5-oz) can buttermilk biscuits
8 oz FF cream cheese
1/2 C sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp Lemon extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees…
Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam
With hands flatten biscuits into bottom of pan to cover entire pan.
Beat cream cheese (softened), sugar, egg whites and Lemon extract until well blended.
Pour over biscuit layer
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
