Ingredients
1 pkg (10 oz) chopped frozen spinach
3/4 C egg whites
3/4 C shredded cheese
2 T chopped cooked bacon
salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350, Line 12 muffin cups with foil liners, grease liners.
Defrost and squeeze dry spinach, Mix with remaining ingredients and divide among muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes.
