Cheesy Veggie Casserole

    Ingredients

      16 oz Frozen California-blend vegetables/thawed
      2 C finely chopped onion
      1/2 C FF sour cream
      1/2 C -RF cream cheese/room temp.
      1 C- RF cheddar cheese/shredded
      1 C- RF Ritz cracker crumbs
      Butter flavor cooking spray


    Mix sour cream and cream cheese together..Add vegetables and mix well.

    Pour into lightly sprayed 1 qt casserole dish.. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and spray with butter flavored spray.

    Bake at 350 degree until mixture is lightly browned and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
