Chicken Pot Casserole

    Ingredients

      2 C cooked noodles
      1/2 C chopped onion
      1 C diced cooked chicken breast
      1 C carrots
      1 C frozen green beans, thawed
      1/2 C frozen peas, thawed
      1/2 C canned sliced mushrooms, drained
      1 (10-3/4 oz) can LF Cream of Mushroom Soup
      ˝ -1 tsp poultry seasoning
      1/8 tsp black pepper
      1 tsp dried parsley flakes
      1/3 C (1-1/2 oz) shredded RF Cheddar cheese
      3 T (3/4 oz) dried fine bread crumbs


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine noodles, onion, chicken, carrots, green beans, peas, mushrooms, mushroom soup, poultry seasoning, black pepper, and parsley…

    Pour into an ungreased 8 X 8” baking dish.

    Bake 15 to 20, Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs on top and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
