1 can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup
1 C water
3/4 C uncooked white rice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 T minced garlic
Mix soup, water, rice, garlic, paprika and pepper In a 2 quart shallow baking dish, Place chicken on top, sprinkle with additional paprika, salt, and pepper, Cover
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
