Ingredients
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 C water
1 (10 3/4 oz) can RF, RS cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chesnuts, drained
1/3 C minced onion
1/4 tsp salt
Cooking spray
2/3 C shredded RF cheddar cheese
Combine broccoli and water in a 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Cover and Microwave on High 7-9 min or until tender, Drain.
Combine broccoli, soup and next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stir well. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover sprinkle with cheese, bake 2-3 additional minutes or until cheese melts.
