Ingredients
1 10 oz. pkg frozen spinach
(well drained)
1 C- LF or NF cottage cheese
3 egg whites
4 T Grated Cheese
Combine all ingredients. Place into non-stick sprayed casserole.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until top is browned.
Entire casserole is only 9 Units!
