Tuna Noodle Casserole

    Servings: 12/ Units per serving=6


    Ingredients

      Cooking Spray, 2 second spray
      1 sm onion
      1 med bell pepper, diced
      4 oz canned pimento
      10 1/2 oz can 98% FF Cream Of Mushroom Soup
      21 oz can 98% FF Cream Of Chicken Soup
      10 1/2 oz can 98% FF Cream Of Celery Soup
      24 oz water-packed tuna fish/drained
      16 oz uncooked egg noodles
      1 C- LF shredded cheddar cheese
      1 C part skim mozzarella cheese


    Spray pan sauté minced onion and bell pepper until soft.. Add jar of diced pimentos with juice, (to deglaze pan).. Add soups and tuna, mix well… Cook and drain noodles.. Add to soup mixture.
    Spray 13x9 casserole dish and pour in noodle mixture…

    Bake at 325 for about 30mins, sprinkle with cheese and bake another 10-15 mins. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
