Ingredients
½ lb sirloin steak
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp onion, minced
1 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp ginger
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 to 2 tbsp cornstarch

Cut steak into bit-size pieces. Stir together marinade ingredients; soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon oil, garlic, ginger and pepper. Marinate meat 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Stir-fry meat in 1 tablespoon heated olive oil until done, add broccoli and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons cornstarch in small amount of soy sauce and stir into remaining marinate. Pour over hot mixture and cook and stir over low-medium heat until thickened. Serve over rice with crispy chow main noodles.
