Veggie Potstickers

    Ingredients

      1 C Shredded vegetables ( carrots/onions/mushrooms/spinach/ celery/etc.)
      2 cloves minced garlic
      2 tsp light soy sauce
      16 wonton wraps, Square or round


    Saute carrots, onions, garlic, and mushrooms in a pan sprayed with Pam...Add I teaspoon soy sauce…Cook for 5 minutes.. Add spinach…Let vegetable mixture cool.

    Add one tablespoon of veggie mix, to each wonton.

    Moisten edges of wonton with water fold over, press to seal.

    Steam dumplings 5-10 minutes depending on how al dente you want the pasta.

    Sauté dumplings (using Pam )and remaining teaspoon of soy sauce until golden brown, approximately 1 minute.
