Brownie Bottom Cheesecake Bars

    Ingredients

      1 pkg Devil's Food cake mix
      1/2 C light margarine
      3/4 C egg substitute, divided
      8 oz FF cream cheese
      2 C powdered sugar


    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. .Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

    Combine cake mix, 1/4 cup egg substitute, and margarine in large bowl, blend well to form a dough, press into bottom of prepared baking pan.

    Combine cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup of egg substitute and powdered sugar, beat until mixture is smooth and well blended.

    Pour evenly over dough mixture in pan.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes until light brown on top.. Allow to cool completely at room temperature.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.. Cut into bars, store bars in refrigerator.
