Fruity Breakfast Bars

    Servings: 12 / Units per serving=3

    Ingredients

      1/4 C honey
      1/4 C brown sugar
      1 tsp vanilla
      1 3/4 C whole wheat flour
      1/2 C raisins
      1 T oil
      1/4 C applesauce
      2 egg whites
      8 oz crushed pineapple in juice
      1/2 C rolled oats


    Add all ingredients together. Do not drain pineapple. Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Pour batter into pan and flatten out.

    Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
    Cut into 12 bars.
