Fudge Surprises

    Yields: 48 pieces /2 Units each

    Ingredients

      2 T butter
      2 1/2 cups sugar
      2/3 cup evaporated skim milk
      12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
      2 1/2 oz. jar prunes baby food
      7 oz. marshmallow creme
      1/2 cup chopped walnuts
      1 tsp. vanilla  


    Line 9x13 pan with wax paper.

    In large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

    Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in prunes, marshmallow creme, walnuts, and vanilla until well combined.

    Spread mixture into pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 48 pieces. Each piece = 2 Units.
